Every year there’s a Halloween dog costume parade at Tompkins Square Park in the East Village in NYC. Here are just a few of the gems people have come up with for their pets — many of which are homemade. Simply amazing! You can see tons more via this google image search link.

Disney’s Orange Bird characters was created in 1971 as a mascot for a partnership with the Florida Citrus Commission. Orange Bird appeared in various places in Disney World’s Adventureland area and in ads for Florida oranges. Eventually the character faded into obscurity when Disney and the Florida Citrus Commission ended their partnership in 1987.
But recently Disney decided to revive Orange Bird! You can find him back at Adventureland at Sunshine Tree Terrace where you can snag yourself a souvenir Orange Bird cup and more.
Beware because you will be totally sucked into the insane cuteness and come away hungry to boot. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
