How to make a Halloween eyeball wreath

Craftster member callakat came up with this hysterical eyeball wreath for Halloween. And she shares a tutorial for it which only takes 5 easy steps! You don't even need a sewing machine and the eyeballs are made from ping pong balls and a sharpie.
